Perry Farrell Announces the Summer KIDZAPALOOZA Concert Summer Line Up
LOS ANGELES, May 9 --
WHAT: KIDZAPALOOZA, the children's version of summer concert
extravaganza, LOLLAPALOOZA, is the premiere summer concert
festival for children. The festival's founders, Perry
Farrell of Jane's Addiction and Porno For Pyros, and Tor
Hyams, famous children's music producer, will announce the
summer's musical acts, give away a fly-away trip to the
festival, and host a party at The Paul Frank Store on
Melrose Avenue.

kids music are just a few of the perks parents can pass
down to their precocious young ones. Parents will partake
in perks themselves, by catching glimpses of their
favorite musicians sneaking on and off the Kidz stage in
between their sets on the main stage of Lollapalooza.

Taking a punk-like approach to a mixture of Latin, rai, and kinsfolk music, Les Negresses Vertes create an infectuous dance music. Initially comprised of family members, friends and lovers, Les Negresses Vertes has come a foresightful way since their earliest performances. Although most members of the band didn't play an tool until coming together in late-1987, the fully grown has continued to evolve into a selfsame exciting supporting players.
Les Negresses Vertes' climb to world-wide success has non come easy. On January 22, 1993, the group's lyricist, Noel Rota, best known as "Helno" and "Helno Rota De Lourcqua," died spell attempting to get the best a severe do drugs addiction. David Bowie - Bowie To Release Live Ziggy Stardust Album
DAVID BOWIE is set to revisit his alter-ego past as ZIGGY STARDUST by releasing a live album from one of his most iconic live dates.
The rocker's 18-track David Bowie Live Santa Monica '72 will be released later this year (08). It was originally recorded at the Los Angeles Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on 20 October, 1972, as part of Bowie's legendary Ziggy Stardust tour.
He says, "I can tell that I'm totally into being Ziggy by this stage of our touring. It's no longer an act; I am him.
"This would be around the tenth American show for us and you can hear that we are all pretty high on ourselves. We train wreck a couple of things, I miss some words and sometimes you wouldn't know that pianist Mike Garson was onstage with us but overall I really treasure this bootleg. Mick Ronson is at his blistering best."
David Bowie, Live Santa Monica '72 is set to hit stores on 30 June (08).
